Art of Steadicam

The use of a Steadicam is a great way to bring your audience into the moment you’re portraying. Often times a Steadicam shot will go unnoticed, but have an incredible subliminal effect on the audience. Garett Brown invented the Steadicam in the early 1970s, ushering a new era for filmmaking. Today, with digital cameras becoming so small and light the requirements to get a steady shot have also decreased.
